Pop Up Party is a kids dance show with short episodes featuring a group of young African dancers as they pop up across locations to dance, participating in dance-offs with secret challenges, inviting children, parents, and everyone to join in on the fun. Bruce ‘Bruz’ Newton and Jackson ‘Jack-Jack on the Beat’ Maina, Cartoon Network will bring the house down as they take the beat to locations from the Ngong Hills and the helipad of the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), to the iconic streets in Nairobi in-between matatu minibusses.

Insignia productions being a frontier in Film production in Kenya was selected to produce and shoot the first cartoon network pop up in subsahara Africa. The project was directed by Philippe Bresson and produced by grace kahaki bring to life the magic that is Kenyan culture, dance, and cartoon network.
