Kenya Ports Authority – Expansion Project Documentary (Mombasa, Kenya)

Insignia Productions, a leading film and production company in Kenya, was awarded the contract to produce and film a documentary for Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) highlighting their major expansion project in Mombasa. The project showcased the scale, impact, and strategic importance of the port’s development to Kenya’s economy and regional trade.

Filmed on location in Mombasa, the documentary combined cinematic visuals, aerial overshoots, in-depth interviews, and high-quality graphic elements to clearly communicate the scope of the expansion. As a trusted provider of documentary production in Kenya, Insignia Productions ensured the story was both informative and visually compelling, aligning with KPA’s vision and institutional standards.

Despite tight timelines, the Insignia team successfully delivered the project to a high standard—managing all aspects of production, from planning and logistics to filming and post-production. The project was led by producer/director Philippe Bresson and produced by Grace Kahaki, whose combined leadership ensured a smooth and efficient execution.

This project highlights Insignia Productions’ ability to deliver complex, large-scale documentary and corporate productions in Kenya, reinforcing its reputation as a reliable partner for government and infrastructure storytelling.
